Our refund policy is simple: you have a 24 hour trial period after your order is issued to you and declared "shipped" or "delivered" or "completed" to request a full refund. Please use this period to fully test your connection, ensure you can access the websites you want to access and report back, by e-mail, any problems you may be experiencing.
Once the 24 hour trial period is finished, no requests for refunds will be accepted.
